Component Placement Dialog

The component placement dialog displays when placing most OpenPlant PID components. It gives you quick access to common placement settings such as the insertion point of the component and the Axis, Snap and Grid lock definitions.

The arrow button expands the dialog to display the Locks section shown.

Setting	Description
Insert By	Provides a list of all of the defined insertion points for the component to be placed.
Locks	The locks section is expanded by clicking the arrow button shown. The following settings are available: Axis Lock Snap Lock Grid Lock
